Description |
Making calls using the internet with any phone lines is what PowerStation VOIP predictive dialing system will do for you . An Agent simply logs in to the internet and launches a downloadable agent program. Once the Program is downloaded the agent logs in to
our Hosted Dialing Server located at ChaseData’s Fiber Optic Facility. Based on the agents account and set up profile the Dialer Application begins to startmaking calls via T-1 or ISDN so the call is always crystal clear . Once the called party receives the call the call is then transferred instantaneously to a VOIP (NetRep) headset phone along with a screen pop of information.
IP Agent
Agent at home logs in to the VOIP Predictive Dialer to start making calls and to take incoming calls. Agent uses a regular home phone or soft phone plugged in to their PC. Dialer Starts to dial numbers and connects agents to live people. Agent has the ability via a high speed internet connection to update data and disposition the call accordingly. |
