For those organizations who need remote access to the central database iTMS is the perfect solution.
iTMS uses the same database as the standard Windows TMS, this means the database structure has been proven to be effective coming from 10 years development and evolution. The system allows for unlimited contact names per company, standard company details plus up to 60 user defined fields.
Access to databases and data is controlled centrally to ensure each person signing on can only see the data they are allowed to see. The screens are easy to use and configurable to show whatever data you need. Options include showing contact history listings, existing product listings and potential product opportunity listings. Activity is tracked so the Supervisor in the office can see who is on the system and what calls they have made, as well as outcome analysis. All database changes are saved in real time ensuring on-going data integrity. |
