With AutoDial, an advanced call center software, you have the best in auto dialers technology. Not quite ready for xSELLerator but have a need for advanced call center software? AutoDial is a software-only auto dialer solution that can be installed on your existing server and network. AutoDial uses the same auto dialer software as xSELLerator without the Intel Dialogic Board hardware.
Unlike predictive dialers, AutoDial - an advancement in auto dialers technology - wont dial the call for you. It provides management reports to enable you to effectively manage your agent performance. AutoDial will help you track whom your agents are calling, duplicate leads and call disposition, among other important reports.
AutoDial will dial prospects using a modem at the agents computer. A contact screen pop will provide prospect information. The agent will click Make Call and will hear the modem dial, the phone ringing, and the prospect answering the phone. The agent will follow the script and then disposition the call at the end of the conversation.
